At the venue we can accommodate 6 guests in our Garden Suite (one bedroom suite) and the Gallery Suite (two bedroom suite).

 

Here you have a lot of space for you and your most beloved, a lovely small kitchen, daylight bathrooms, living rooms and from everywhere access to the garden. Your other guests will staying in the hotels nearby, we are happy to help you organizing a shuttle for your guests for the events.

Frequent questions and answers about a wedding at our enchanting escape Villa Montanare

How much in advance we can book Villa Montanare as wedding venue?

We recommend booking the venue about  6-12 months before - if you wish a specific date, 1,5 years before. But we accept as well last minute reservations until about 3 months before the wedding.

What's the best time getting married in Tuscany and enjoy a Al Fresco event under the Tuscan sky?

We have 4 seasons in Tuscany. We offer weddings from May to October. The most weather stable period is from June to September - in May and October you should consider in any case a plan B, which would be a tent / gazebo / marquee you can rent of a service provider in the area.

How many wedding guests we can invite?

The perfect size is from 2 to 50 guests. In this case you can use all garden areas whithout investing extra in any lightning.

 

How much cost our wedding at Villa Montanare?

We offer different packages - starting from EUR 6.000 for the weddingday rental without accommodation. As example, if you planning a wedding with 50 pax you can calculate with all professional vendors like venue, catering, music, celebrant, HMUA, flowers, photographer, transportation, day of coordinator, stationary about EUR 25.000 - 45.000 - depends which vendors you decide for, how volumous your flowers should be, any extra highlights like gelato cart, band, vintage car etc. For elopements we are offering special packages.

How many sleeps are available at the Villa?

We have 2 beautiful suites (2 pax & 4 pax) at the Villa which you can rent. The venue is available as well without accommodation.

Are there other guests at the Villa while we host our wedding?

No other guests - no other events. We only rent out the Villa on very limited dates and always exclusive.

How it works with furniture, tableware etc? It's all provided by the Villa?

You engage one of our recommended caterers. Their per head price (depends on caterer and number of guests about EUR 150 - 200 per guest) is calculated with all needed furniture, linens, tableware like plates, glassware, cutlery etc. Each caterer offer another type of furniture and tableware, so please heck their offer. If you like to have anything else aske them, usually each of them can make all your wedding dreams come reality - probably it cost an extra fee if you choose luxury chairs or Versace plates. 

Until what time we can celebrate at the Villa?

You can celebrate until 1:00 am - guests which are not staying at the Villa need to leave latest until 1:30.

Day of Coordinator vs Venue Manager

When you are getting maried at Villa Montanare, a Day of Coordinator (or even better a wedding planner) is obligated to making sure, you can enjoy the best day of your life without being worried about any coordinations. You receive from us a list of prefered planners and coordinator which known the venue well and which taking care about the 1.000 little details on yout weddingday and the events around like:

  • Contact person for all service providers

  • Coordination of all vendors

  • Timeline - control all service providers are ready in time

  • Day of stationary management like welcome sign, guest gifts, escort cards, place cards, menues 

  • Management of all wedding logistics

  • Coordinating speeches with speaker, catering, dj - coordination of cake cutting, first dance etc.

Our role our your wedding day is the venue management, which means we taking care about:

  • Check in 

  • A venue tour when you arrive

  • To make the venue perfect and shining on your wedding weekend

  • Coordination of the in house staff cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies

  • Switching on lightning

  • Answering electricity and water / plumper questions

  • Answering parking / load in related questions

  • Checking the house rules are respected

  • Coordination on site security, also for unruly, intoxicated guests or any medical emergencies
